Tooth Certificates

If you remember a little while back, Peanut and I created a tooth fairy door for his visits from the tooth fairy.

You can read how post on how to make it here.

I also, the tooth fairy also created tooth certificates to go along with his tooth loss! The tooth fairy leaves one each time she leaves him his small gift and money.  He loves the certificates and they are a fun way to keep track of all the interesting stories that come along with each tooth.

You can have your own copy of the blank certificates by checking out my etsy store. For $6.00 you have the file to do what you want with it, print unlimited copies for your own personal use.  It is also available in pink or any custom color, just email!  Alright, enough with the shameless plug for my store.

I even, I mean the tooth fairy even created one for SA, when she had her wisdom teeth removed. Poor SA!

We also started the little tradition of receiving a special little gift in addition to money from the tooth fairy. Let me explain, any money that my kiddos receive automatically gets divided between their savings, spending and donating money. You might think that is harsh, since technically this is a gift, but once the habit is there, I no longer have to worry about how they spend their money. That little bit of harshness will save them a lot of trouble in the future.

Each time Peanut has lost a tooth, he has a special gift and his certificate with a note from the tooth fairy. Last time he lost a tooth, the tooth fairy left him a small Thomas the Train book and a note that read  "Each time you loose a tooth, you get a little gift, if your tooth is healthy. Keep brushing your teeth (that's why I gave you a new toothbrush with your last tooth). This time you have to keep your brain healthy, by reading this fabulous book."  Love the Tooth Fairy.

Up next on the tooth fairy list: a trip to the zoo!
I love tooth fairy, she is so awesome :)
